The ShowRoom is a 212 seat venue
- Our theatre seating is comfortable and raked so there is a good view from all areas.
- Seats are unreserved.
- There is currently no food or drink service at The ShowRoom.
- There is FREE parking on campus after 6pm.
Accessibility at The ShowRoom
At the ShowRoom, we are committed to making our venue as inclusive and welcoming as possible. While we strive to accommodate a range of access needs, we recognise that certain aspects of our space may present challenges. If you have specific requirements, we encourage you to get in touch in advance so we can support your visit.
Venue Access
Step-free access is available into and throughout the building via ramps and lifts. All public areas, including the foyer, toilets, and theatre space, are accessible to people who use wheelchairs or have limited mobility.
Seating Arrangements
The ShowRoom is fitted with raked seating, which provides clear sightlines for most audience members. However, the raked seating is only accessible via stairs.
For audience members who use wheelchairs or are unable to climb stairs, we offer level access seating at floor level in front of the raked seating. This area does not have fixed positions, and chairs can be placed as needed. Our team is happy to help with arranging seating and ensuring you have a clear view of the performance.

Disabled Parking
Disabled customers are able to park in the first car park near the main University entrance.
